In 2023, after providing notice and comment period to the general assembly, the Mesa Oaks Community Improvement Association voted to implement a safety system provided by Flock Safety.  The system captures images of vehicle license plates entering the neighborhood and automatically reads the plate numbers.  This data is also shared with local law enforcement using strict guidelines in accordance with laws of the State of California.  Access to the online data is strictly controlled.  The system is paid for by membership dues.  Thank you to all paid members.  Please consider refreshing your annual membership to continue to benefit from this safety system.
