Terms of Use for Members

Members in good standing who have paid their annual membership dues enjoy the following benefits:
Community Center Facilities
Available for private meetings and celebrations (when not in use by the association).
Members requesting reservations must be in good standing at the time of reservation, on the day of the event, and be present at the event.
Events must end by 9pm.
Clean up must be completed by 9:30pm.
Event guests may park at the community center parking lot - space permitting.
All cars should vacate by 10pm.
General parking at the community center unrelated to the use of the facilities or court play is not allowed.
NO overnight parking allowed.
Vehicles parked overnight may be subject to ticket and tow at owner's expense.
Pickleball Court
Court opens daily at 9 am.
Games must be completed before sunset.
Play is first-come first-serve basis.
Limit one game when others are waiting.
No smoking or vaping allowed.
No glass containers on the court.
Place cover back on net when finished.
Please lock the gate (ensure it latches) when you leave.

(Same rules apply for the shuffleboard, tether ball, and basketball court usage, where applicable.)

Event Equipment
Tables, chairs, tents are available for use at the community center when also reserved with the facility.
Personal use of tables, chairs, and/or tents may be reserved for use at your Mesa Oaks home.
Use of event equipment outside the Mesa Oaks is prohibited.
